To ensure the safety of members, staff and the public, Auckland Aero Club and its pilots
at all times must adhere to all relevant Civil Aviation Rules. Further to CAA Rules, Auckland Aero Club members and its staff whilst operating club aircraft must also adhere to by-laws set by the Club Committee, and Operating Procedures set by the Chief Flying Instructor.

It is the Pilot in Command’s responsibility to know the current Club Bylaws and Operating Procedures, before operating a club aircraft.
